The tour was excellent!
I was in Ho Chi Minh last week, and made the best decision to inquire for a motorbike city tour with Maze Vietnam. Although the booking was last-minute, they were able to find a guide for me.
And the tour was excellent!
Instead of giving me a stringent schedule, they asked me about where I like to go and what I like, suggesting places according to what I shared so the tour itself was customized and a lot of fun. Most agencies in HCMC, separates food tour and city tour, the one I had was a mix of both.
It felt like I was going around the city with a friend really, rather than a paid tour. Makes you look and know the city in a more personal way.
I did not feel rushed at all, and when we ran out of time they opted to schedule me in another tour so we can check out that one area I wanted to see, free of charge.
Before my flight back home, they printed out some of my photos and gave it to me as a token. 
It was so sweet.
These guys are really passionate about tourism in their country and it shows on how they treat their clients. It’s not just about “touring” for them, it’s about making friends and showing you why they love what they love.
I’d recommend her services to anyone looking to schedule a trip in Hanoi!
Chi took care of all of the planning, was extremely communicative, and even called the travel company when the bus was late to figure out what was going on. She frequently checked in on me during and after the trip to make sure the trip was going well. The trip to Sapa went well. The guide, food, and homestay were all excellent! Thanks for organizing it! I’d recommend her services to anyone looking to schedule a trip in Hanoi!
I really enjoyed Ha Long Bay trip without any hassle
She recommended me to a tour company and assisted me in arranging a tour to Ha Long Bay. She was very helpful in the organization of the tour and uses her spare time to even pick me up int he hotel and personally introduce me to the tour company. The tour turned out to be good and I really enjoyed that trip without any hassle. It is also very inexpensive and worth the price.

Tour was very insightful and was at places where as a visitor I would not normally go!
It was very good we enjoyed all of it, the tour guide – Nha was very helpful. The food at the first place the muscles and also the coffee at the last was the best two places, and we were about cautions about the organ food, Yes I would be very likely to recommend to a friend the tour was very insightful and was at places where as a visitor I would not normally go. Personally, I found the tour to be an invaluable experience to my understanding of both Vietnamese culture, cuisine, and customs, as well as the Vietnamese themselves. The two tour guides demonstrated exceptional knowledge in their respective fields and managed to hold our attention for the entirety of the trip. On another note, I think one of my friends on the tour had his heart stolen by one of the guides!
Mr Giang’s knowledge of Hanoi and Vietnam was superb!
