GROUP TOUR: KAYAKING AND COOKING CLASS ON CHIC CRUISE
Cooking classes on the boat, visiting a local market combined with a paddle kayak around the river is a new mean of experience which you can’t miss when visiting Hoi An.

ITINERARY
08.30 Depart from your hotel in Hoi An by a mini-van, head to the Central local Market.
09.00 There, you will have a chance to interact with the local sellers, sharpen your bargaining skills to buy fresh and necessary ingredients for upcoming dishes.
09.30 After your exciting time at the market, continue to get on Chic boat to see a lot of interesting sceneries along Thu Bon river. Relax, feel the cool wind in your hair and watch the river life of local.
09.45 Our boat will stop to launch the kayak into the river for a leisurely paddle around (about 45 minutes). You can explore and experience some of the hidden corners and the natural beauties of Hoi An.
10.30 Embark the boat again, enjoy a welcome drink, then start the cooking class. Our chef shows you how to prepare and cook each dish before you cook the same dishes yourselves. It’s time to roll up your sleeves, under the instruction of our chef, discover the “friendship” of flavors the medley with “Tam Huu”, enjoy an exciting feeling when you have a mouthful of greasy, salty, crispy of deep-fried fish spring rolls and get the strong taste of chicken braised with ginger, which will help you to unravel the secrets of authentic Viet cuisine.
12.30 Enjoy your self-prepared meals. Lunch will be served more with steamed rice, vegetable soup and a dessert with sweet soup.
13.30 It’s time to relax and enjoy everything the river has to offer on your return journey to Hoi An. Disembark at Nguyen Hoang pier and transfer back to your hotel.

Bringing you closer to rural Vietnam. Combining a minivan adventure to My Son and a boat tour with a meal on the Thu Bon river, allowing you to observe daily life on the waterway system and the villages bordering it.
ITINERARY
08h30: Depart from Tour Operator Office Leaving Hoi An crossing the Cua Dai bridge with its spectacular views of the Hoi An river system, mountains, and Cham islands, we arrive at the fishing village alive with activity as the market traders sell their evenings catch, providing some great photo opportunities.
09h45: Arriving at My Son, this Valley of Kings" as described by French historians was once the capital of the Chăm Pa Kingdom from the 4th to 15th century. Following a traditional dance performance, your walking tour to the Cham ruins begins with a short ascent along a jungle bordered track. While you explore the area your guide will explain the history of the religious site which served as a burial place for the Cham monarchs centuries ago.
12h00: Commence the drive back to Hoi An to start our boat trip on Thu Bon river. Departing from Nguyen Hoang dock, your boat journey of approximately two hours will take you past Duy Hai fishing village, Tra Nhieu – weaving village, Kim Bong carpentry village, and Cam Thanh coconut jungle village.
15h30: The boat trip will finish at Nguyen Hoang dock in the old town. You will be free to explore the old town or return to your hotel by your own means.
