If you plan to visit Hanoi in Autumn, Cốm Làng Vòng (Green rice village), located in Dich Vong, Cau Giay, should never be missed out on your itinerary! Green rice (Cốm) is one of the most popular Vietnamese cuisines in Hanoi. It is kind of harvested sticky rice that is roasted over such low heat to bring out its unique and fragrant flavor. Com Lang Vong in Cau Giay is where you can drop by to see the art of this dish and have some right in your hands!
